A late-night police chase and shootout has completed with one
marathon bombing suppose being captured here, the Boston Globe reported.
Meanwhile, an strong manhunt is progressing for a second suspect in the
terror case.
Federal agents swarmed neighboring Watertown after
local police were involved in a vehicle chase and shootout, throughout the pursuit, agents could be heard on
police radio recounting the suspects as having grenades
and other explosives.
One allegedly eloped, and another
was shot by a policeman and taken to a localized hospital.
The
FBI has not verified a connection between the events in Watertown to the
twin blasts that slain 3 people and hurt 170 other ones at the Boston
Marathon on Monday. But according to an alert handed out to
fellow officers, the suspect who stayed at large was mentioned to as the
"one with the white hat" glimpsed in the photos issued by the bureau on
Thursday.
The suspect, recounted on scanner traffic as a "white
male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with black twisted hair, probably
with an assault rifle and explosives," as policeman in Watertown,
Newton, Brighton and Cambridge were put on high alert.
