Is Rihanna Next On The Baby-Bump Row?

Rihanna came out of an hospital in Bev Hills Tuesday ... and said she's doing a lot more better, but it's  not enough to halt the pregnancy rumours.

Rihanna has cancelled 4 concert designated days on her Diamonds World Tour ... which booted off on March 8.
Sources connected to the vocalist told TMZ in early March she was in pain from a throat contamination. Thing is ... it's been more than a month now and there are apparently still matters.

Because the info coming from Rihanna's bivouac has been sketchy ... there have been a slew of tabloid tales speculating that she's with child.
