Policemen Charged For Killing Over N50

na wa for this Nigerian policemen sef. Two people were slain and one shot in the leg in the failure of four policemen to obtain N50 from a bus driver in Port Harcourt.

The suspects, ASP Omorogbe, Inspector Emmason Udo, Hadiza Musa and Samirah Ileya of the Abacha Road Police position, Obia/Akpor locality of Port Harcourt were suspected to have shot the victims occasionally in 2010 while the person driving the commercial bus in which the victims were travelling attempted to escape from the policemen who demanded N50 from him at a check point.

Though they were ascribed to court in 2010, Justice  Georgewill of State High Court who presided over the hearing, however, adjourned the issue to April 23, 2013 to permit the applicant and defence counsel time to present more observers.

But i mean, what observers will they be able to see after three years? Naija I hail...
